Customer Portal Experience

 

ABOUT THE PROJECT

 

VFM wanted to provide a secure, seamless way for users to purchase or refinance a home through their website. This new user experience had to be integrated into the existing infrastructure of the website, be simple to navigate, and flexible enough to add functionality over time.

 

THE SOLUTION

 

With wireframes provided by the UX team, I designed the landing page (Desktop and mobile) to launch the customer portal, as well as the UX and page layouts for the Portal experience. This also included alternate user experiences for customers without a loan officer and a Quick Form section for checking credit history and eligibility.
